Scott grew up in a family that owned a contracting business in North Dakota, and has been a Portland, Oregon, native since 1996. He is a committed, honest, proactive, solutions-driven decision-maker with over 25 years of senior leadership and management experience. He specializes in strategic planning, problem-solving, estimating, training, employee relations, applying a Personalysis model in project/employee development and customer service.
